With twenty years of experience in the theater world, I frequently work as a moderator for both corporate settings and large events, including trade fairs.
For example, I moderated all the evenings at the “Theater of Taste” space during the Rice Fair in Isola della Scala and the inaugural edition of the “You Cook” contest at La Canonica restaurant in Verona.
Cooking Shows and TV Programs
Since 2021, a significant opportunity has arisen in my career: television. I am currently co-hosting “2 Chats in the Kitchen”, a culinary program on 7 Gold that is still airing today.
This show highlights good food and show cooking while also emphasizing local ingredients and cost considerations—without compromising on quality.
